Free plan

Free: $0/month

• Downloads: 3 per month (resets monthly)
• Saved forms: Access to 3 most recent

• Address entry: Manual address fields only

Pro plan

Pro: $5/month (annual)

• Downloads: Unlimited PDF downloads
• Saved forms: Complete form history access
• Profiles: One installer + one tester profile with auto-save and quick prefilling
• Address search: Smart Google Maps autocomplete
• Licence lookup: NSW government database integration

Managing your subscription

1. Upgrade to pro

   1. Go to your Profile page.
   2. Click Upgrade.
   3. Choose monthly or annual billing.
   4. Enter your payment details securely (Stripe).
   5. Enjoy unlimited downloads and Pro features!

   Upgrade is instant and you can cancel anytime.

2. Downgrade to free

   1. Go to your Billing page.
   2. Click Cancel Subscription.
   3. Confirm your choice.

   You’ll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period, then revert to Free.

3. Update payment method

   1. Go to your Billing page.

   2. Click Edit Payment Method

   3. Enter new card details.

   All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

4. Download invoices & receipts

   1. Go to your Billing

      page.

   2. Click View Invoices

      .

   3. Download any invoice or receipt as PDF for your records.

   Invoices are available for all Pro payments.

Secure payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

You can update your payment method at any time from your Billing page.

Refunds and guarantees

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your Pro subscription, contact us at [e-mail] for a full refund—no questions asked.

Cancelling your subscription will remove access to Pro features after your current billing period ends. You’ll keep any downloads already used this month.

Billing FAQ

How do download limits work exactly?

Download limits apply only to generating final PDF certificates. You can preview PDFs unlimited times, edit forms as much as needed, and load saved forms without affecting your limit. Only when you click “Download PDF” for a completed certificate does it count toward your monthly limit.

When do download limits reset?

Download limits reset on the first day of each calendar month. If you use all 3 downloads in January, you’ll get 3 new downloads on February 1st. Pro users never hit limits regardless of usage.

What happens to my saved forms if I downgrade?

If you downgrade from Pro to Free, you’ll only be able to access your 3 most recent saved forms. Older forms remain in your account but are hidden until you upgrade again. No data is deleted.

How do I get an invoice or receipt?

Invoices and receipts are available for all Pro payments. Go to your Billing page and click View Invoices to download PDFs for your records. Free accounts don’t have billing history since there are no charges.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes! You can change your billing cycle at any time from your Billing page. Annual billing saves you 29% ($60/year vs $84/year).

What happens if my payment fails?

You’ll receive an email notification and we’ll retry the payment automatically. If payment continues to fail, your Pro access will be paused and you’ll revert to Free plan limits until payment is updated.

How do I update my card details?

Go to your Billing page and click Edit Payment Method to update your card securely through Stripe.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your Billing page, click Cancel Subscription, and confirm. You’ll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period, then automatically revert to the Free plan.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes! We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new Pro subscriptions. Contact [e-mail] for a full refund if you’re not satisfied.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All payments are processed via Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant provider. Your card details never reach or are stored on our servers.

Are there any setup fees or contracts?

No setup fees, no contracts, no hidden charges. Pay only the monthly or annual subscription fee and cancel anytime without penalties.
